1¡¢The party of joining the exhibition should fill in detailed application form with official seal, then mail or Fax to the Committee.
2¡¢The party of joining the exhibition must provide the copies of company's business license as a references. The products in the exhibition must be guaranteed the legal sales right, otherwise the qualifications of joining the exhibition will be canceled if any fakes found.
3¡¢After signing the agreement on joining the exhibition, the party of joining the exhibition must remit to the assigned account number within 7 working days, only this exhibition position will be left for the party in advance.
4¡¢With a principle of " Register first, pay first ,then arrange first" in exhibition position arrangement, the Committee has the right to make appropriate adjustment for few exhibition positions. |
